New wedding photographers profiles - FEBRUARYY 2010

Further to our e-mail last week we have now completed the layout for the new photographers profile pages.
To view and edit your own profile please login at http://www.ourweddingmemories.co.uk/files/login.php and click the ‘Edit Profile Page’ link on your account page.
In order to maximise exposure, click throughs and enquiries from your listing it is important that your profile is complete with 6 images and contains descriptive text in each field. The text can be used by search engines to bring visitors directly into your profile for relevant searches.
As well as the above, the new profile pages contain a contact form for visitor enquiries as well as an event calendar. Enquiries can be made directly from the event calendar and you can add events by clicking the Calendar Admin link on your account page once logged in.
We hope to go live with the new profile pages within the next week so it is important that your profile is as pleasing as possible to prospective visitors. Please ensure you update your profile as soon as possible.

Dear Photographers
We are writing regarding new updates to the www.ourweddingmemories.co.uk system.
We have introduced a new system for uploading images and adding listings to your account.
All photographers can now create a profile page which includes up to 6 images which can be automatically resized by the system.
The first image uploaded will be displayed alongside an enhanced listing with all 6 displayed on a new profile page of enhanced, standard and free listings and will be accessible from the listings on the results pages. If an account contains more than one listing, the same content will be used for each of these listings, driven from the new profile.
Currently all paid listings have basic profiles pages which will be enhanced to include these extra images as well as your events calendar.
Free listings will also now be able to display profiles in the same way and this will include a revised visitor enquiry form. So what do you need to do next? Please login here http://www.ourweddingmemories.co.uk/files/login.php and select one of the various 'Edit Profile Page' links. Add blocks of text to the text fields and upload up to six new images. Click the Calendar Admin link from your main account page and add events to your calendar.
Enquiries can be received directly from the dates within the calendar. Wait until we inform you that the new profile pages are active on the website (around 2 weeks to give time for everyone to add their profiles). The new pages will be more attractive and will be an important source of traffic to your websites.
Many of the old profile pages are already indexed on search engines and bring traffic directly in to these profile pages. Please bear this in mind when creating your new profiles and include descriptive text which search engines will use to rank your new page. Once the new profile pages are introduced to the front end of the website we will also include an updated visitor registration system which will be more user friendly than at present and will be more targeted, generating higher quality leads for your business.
Current leads within your account will no longer be available once the change over is made so it is important, prior to this date, that you save these details to your computer.
